Lack of communication at the end when the lady originally working with me on my mortgage got fired and no one bothered to tell me that she was no longer on my mortgag. Also lack of communication that I was getting a new person to help me.

I didn't have any interaction with Ben Kakkuri, not sure why I'm being asked to provide a rating. I worked with someone that left the company while we were working on the closing.
