I felt in the dark a lot of the time I would have liked to know what paperwork would be required and the timeline for the process up front

Ben came into this transaction after the initial loan officer disappeared. He initially seemed interested in coordinating a quick closing but soon stopped communicating with the buyer or myself. I also left several messages for the branch manager....
