Team was very professional and courteous even through a lot of red tape with a house built in the 1830s. Thanks BCTeam for helping through the hurdles as well as patience with me through the process
We received insufficient warning that our credit was going to be repulled. In addition, we were not told of the effect that a couple hundred dollar difference in card balance would have. This resulted in our credit score going down 50+ points....
