Much easier than my last loan experience. Very quick pre-qual, and when we found the house we wanted, but was higher than our original budget, he adjusted the numbers within minutes of first notifying him. Overall, a good experience.
The "team" was able to keep me informed of the steps in the processing which is helpful. Information was communicated effectively. The closing went flawlessly which depicts a good effort in preparation by Ben and the staff.
