Very responsive
Ben handled the long delays in processing my loan in a professional manner. He was hamstrung by clogged pipelines, such as my appraisal and credit bureau ineptness. He did his best to keep me calm and focused on the positive end result.
Ben was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. Communicated well throughout the process.
The process with my builder was definitely stressful especially due to Covid delays. Ben not only stuck with us, he advised us well and was always available and responsive.
