When we had issues with Okema, Ben was able to step in and get things done right away. Without him, I’m not sure the deal would have gone through.
Just a minor hiccup that cause a lot of anxiety. I know I mentioned needing to use power of attorney for my husband but apparently it was news to the lender at the time of closing.
