Ben was very responsive and was available to answer all of our questions. He also had an excellent assistant who helped to streamline the process.
Ben made sure to have all documents needed upfront so there were no “surprises “ with the loan. He kept us informed of the status throughout the process and was available for questions every time I contacted him.
