Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The electronic way of doing things is a bit confusing but Ben and his staff are very kind in helping all through the process!
Ben made the refinance process effortless.
We had a "nightmare" situation with many additional factors, yet we all persevered and came together and closed the deal relatively smoothly.
Ben is great! He explains everything very clearly, and is always on top of the process. Ben is the main reason we went through New American Funding instead of our local bank.
