Ben was responsive and timely in all manners. He explained all parts of our loan to us in simple-to-understand terms and I never felt like I was being deceived or information was being left out.
As a first time home buyer I knew nothing about the financial aspects. Ben explained everything very thoroughly and clearly, so that I was able to understand. He was also always available whenever we had any questions or concerns.
