The vast majority of my experience was great. Fast response to email and phone calls. Good contact for early stages of my loan.
Was a complex and protracted process. Not sure if that is the nature of the transaction or if could have been better facilitated
It took longer then anticipated primarily because of a sub-mortgage. I had discussed on my very communication about it and it was probably forgotten. I got a great rate though and Ben was always a gentleman, calm and trustworthy.
I like that Ben was always available to answer tons of questions we had in a timely manner even though some of those question probably were not for him. I would truly recommend working with him.
Ben was great! His communication was amazing. This was my first house and he took the time to quickly reply to all of my texts and emails throughout the whole process.
