There were some issues with communication among the different team members that I spoke to through the process, however, Belinda made sure that the transaction saw a smooth landing leaving us happy.
The associates were great but the experience (or process) was less than pleasurable. I guess it is just the way it is in this time we live in. Thank you for guiding us through it.
