The Dumas team was always prepared and on time during the entire process. They helped make sure the closing was very smooth and easy!
Lack of communication between Belinda, her team and Capshaw. I sent several documents more than twice when if they were communicating with each other it could have been avoided and some documents were requested at the last minute.
Your service was exceptional because you kept me informed during the entire process and I closed on time.

The hard work sacrifice and communication Belinda has shown during the loan process
BeLinda and dumas team were very nice, professional and very helpful at times. My only complaint would be communication. Sometimes it was hard to reach anyone . But other then that things went smoothly .
I've closed on my house so I know they work very hard to make it possible for first time buyers dreams to come true.
The Dumas staff was very professional and answered all questions in a timely matter.
