It is best to choose a loan officer that has the experience and will explain the details of the process from prequalifying to loan closing. In the Shreveport branch, we take the application, process the loan, underwrite the loan, and provide the documents to close the loan. Every customer is different and I take pride in attending to each of their needs and building a relationship that will continue.
