Beatrice was easy to get a hold of and promptly returned my call if I had to leave a message. Corresponding through email was also great because there wer times I couldn't talk but could email.

Explained expectations of process to include funding. Also the previous printed debt payment checks were not helpful. I would have preferred to payoff my own accounts with available funds.
