Beacon Home Services sent service representative, Friday, to our home for general electrical services. He was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to resolve our electrical issue very quickly.
Zach was great. He helped fix a bad clog, as well as some other miscellaneous items I've been putting off. He explained what he was doing, identified other issues, and offered a variety of solutions. Thanks for the help.
Beacon was very responsive and efficient. Amy was helpful on the phone and David resolved our gas leak problem right away.
Hernain was extremely professional, showed up on time, and did great work. He was thorough in answering any questions we had and always had a smile on his face. He was a pleasure to work with.
I explained the problem, no pressure from him. He gave me great advice and a plan of action to take. Great young man!
