    Its extremely helpful to have a lender available at night and on weekends when you are more likely meeting new clients that need a preapproval to make an offer. That initial phone call to introduce a new potential to a local lender you trust...

    Barry was great to work with. Highly responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I'm sure I was somewhat high maintenance since this was my first mortgage but he answered every question I asked in a friendly, professional and timely fashion.
