Barry Mansfield is a true professional and an asset to your organization.
Barry explain everything I need to know, and when there were issues he slow down and went into detail.
If it did not take as long as it did
Barry was always patient and kind. He answered every possible question I asked and was an advocate for my mother.
Overall a good experience. Everything was explained to me along the way.
Didn't tell me just what I wanted to hear. Barry is honest and straight forward.
Finally everything started come together and started to make since.
I signed documents last Saturday, and was told i would be funded in 3 business days. It is now Sunday - 8 days from closing,
NO funding.
After loan docs were signed, I had to place six calls to title company to follow up on notary error. There could have ben better follow through to ensure completion and funding to the borrower.
Barry was very good at explaining what a reverse mortgage is . He even answered questions that we had not even thought of asking. All in all he was very professional. We were a little frustrated at how long it took, but all ended well.
