Thanks much for your feedback Ansel! We close all conventional loans in 15 days start to finish which is really helping our clients compete in our hyper competitive greater Seattle market. Congratulations on another sucessfull closing!
In my thirty years of real estate, I have never had a lender wire funds the day before. That is such a wonderful thing to do so we can get recording numbers early in the day. Seller’s net proceeds more apt to be deposited on closing day. Nice!!!...
