I am Barry Jilin, the Designated Managing Broker and owner of United Realty Group in Arlington Heights, IL, and Nexus Realty Group in Florida. My passion lies in serving the dynamic real estate landscape of Chicago and the Chicagoland Suburbs, with a primary focus on the Northwest, Northern, and Northshore Suburbs in Illinois, as well as the vibrant communities of Aventura, Hollywood, Boca Raton, Sunny Isles, Golden Beach, and Miami-Dade in Florida. In addition to my roles as Designated Managing Broker and owner at United Realty Group and Nexus Realty Group, respectively, I wear multiple hats in the world of real estate. I am also the President of One Republic Mortgage, a full-service residential Mortgage Lending Company licensed in Illinois and Florida, and have my Loan Originator license in both states. My journey began at DePaul University, where I pursued my degree in Finance and Economics. Over the years, I've honed my expertise in the financial industry, marketing, business, and management, which have proven instrumental in my successful career. My unwavering dedication centers on meeting the needs of real estate buyers, sellers, and Agents throughout the Metro Chicago area and the vibrant markets of Florida. Beyond my professional endeavors, I've been privileged to serve as an Ambassador for several non-profit organizations. I take immense pride in contributing to charitable causes and continually striving to enhance our community. Currently, I am an active member of the board of directors for the Lisker Music Foundation, and I participate annually in the MS Ride for Life, exemplifying my commitment to making a positive impact.
