all was good with the exception of no secure website to exchange documents . We were working from out of state and had to send documents with highly confidential information over unsecure site.
As a first time home buyer, Bailey and her team communicated clearly and clarified any questions so I understood the process. I appreciated their extreme efficiency and communication style both in person, by telephone, and digitally.
