The Kind Lending process is so easy. Enter all the data into their easy to use online portal, disclose the loan, upload your documents and in no time, the file is with the Underwriter and you have a conditional loan approval!
The entire team is very knowledgeable, professional and hands on. This was our first loan and each of you played a vital role in assiting and guiding us every step of the way.

Everyone was very proactive on this file. Other lenders would have made this much harder than Kind did. Excellent, reasonable underwrite from Nirma as always and Amber kicked b*** on some items that we needed as well! Thank you!
As far as I know we never heard from Austin throughout the process. When other lending partners would grant us a day or two on a free lock, it was an act of G*d to get the PE approved. Overall the loan went well, but these small things matter....
