everything went pretty smooth. we did have to have our closing date pushed back a day because the processors couldn't complete the loan in time but everything besides that went well
The whole experience was smooth with information well communicated per instant of time. The fact that the entire loan process was done online made it so seamless. There was no ambiguity about the final financial figures.
Austin was always available to answer our questions by phone and responded to emails very promptly!! His whole staff was great!
