The internal team communication was clearly lacking between departments. Overall processing was slow and cumbersome. AmeriSave rates are competitive but the customer service experience overall was lacking.

The information was very unclear and I felt there was a major effort to conceal numbers until they were spring at the end. I felt deceived and mislead.
