Process was too long, also was difficult to upload documents, sometimes the link was not there. Also, they sent the checks for me to forward to my creditors but fedex left 10's of thousands of dollars worth of checks laying on my front porch...

Ashlin had great communication throughout the process. Always offered advice and informed me of any tasks to come. I felt like she did everything to get us the best mortgage rate for my first home loan.
