Overall the experience was great and working with Ashley was easy. There were some communication issues from seller that cause problems, but did not hinder experience

pretty smooth process. My questions were answered and requests were granted
Ashley kept us in the loop and was willing and ready to work with our time/work schedule even late after ours to make sure we understood every step of the process.
Ashley is very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and understanding when dealing with her customers. Asjley very quickly made anything difficult or frustrating seem easy. She knows how to solve problems and how to educate!
