This is not positive. I was not made aware of the actual funding from the reverse mortgage until just before closing. Should have been made clear to me as soon as the $2.5 m appraisal was fixed.
we were upset at the appraisal, and would have appreciated an explanation sooner. Also, changing from HECM to Home Safe only to find out later the rediculos flood ins requirement.
