Ashley responded quickly when our buyer's agent had issues with funding and we had to move our close date multiple times.
It was very personal and easy to navigate all the documents. Even when one was about to be late the team was ready to give reminders.
Every time I felt like giving up I was always encouraged by the team. The paperwork process went a lot smoother than I anticipated which was very nice.
Fast communication
Great communication, Rob and Ashley were very responsive at any time and this helped a lot when we were making offers. Overall the process was very smooth!
Had to provide so much documentation repeatedly, sometimes in a crunch for time. I don’t know if this is routine or not.
