The constant contact was wonderful and making sure that everything was getting handled. Both Ashley and Rob answered any of my questions without any problems.

Due to lack of knowledge regarding a recertification of appraisal our closing was delayed 3 times, solely on Fairways negligence. We were also charged for the expedited recertification fee when it could have been handled in a more timely manner....
