We appreciate Ashley's work to provide us what we requested.
Ashley was responsive to emails and was on to of timing. She made the process frictionless. The only the could make this better was if NEBAT had an app so we could have a digital experience. Not a fan of writing paper checks.
Ashley was very thorough and did the work to keep the loan process moving along when there were snags from outside events.
Ashley was great at communication and was always flexible when working to meet with us to get the loan process going. Looking forward to working with her in the future!
