Good response times, made the process simple and quick.

Ashlee was great getting our refi setup. The staff at Fairway did not seem to understand a recent purchase of land did not have a "homeowners' association", had to tell them numerous times that it was just timberland/farmland.
Better communication. As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and confused about some things. I wouldn't get responses to my emails or my calls returned.
Ashlee is very attentive and professional. She was a good communicator and very helpful.
I don’t do surveys
Everyone was on top of things and were very patient with our needs.
