Arthur was great at keeping me updated. The buyers were very happy with the work he did. He found a soulution for the buyers to make a non contingent offer on the home they really wanted while they had their home listed.

Overall, the experience was good, but it was hard to get answers on questions during the process, that were time sensitive. It pushed the loan process out a lot longer and made for a lot more fees that had to be paid. We had to answer the same...

Great communication, always closes on time and in some instances earlier than close of escrow. All around great company with Arthur as the branch manager.
