This loan went through some contract changes but we got it done. Teamwork is so important when it comes to buying a home. The buyer, the realtor, and the loan officer work together to make the new home a reality. Great job team!!

Probably not Arnold's fault; but the buyers' Realtor made 2 attempts at getting types of financing that I told him could not be gotten. This caused major delays in closing and aggravated my seller immensely. He said he cleared things with Arnold...

Arnold's communication and updates were on point. He answered all questions I had always having my best interest in mind. He didn't mind if it was the same question many times over.
