Tamurio was the reason for my being there... she was always helping me... but the loan took longer than I anticipated. I know it's important to be sure that the loan wou be paid back... but I know because of my race ... it slowed the process....

For starters don't mislead your customers with false promise. Ariel knew exactly what the goals were from day one and chose to mislead us, the realtors and the builder. Last minute Amendments had be made to fix all the paper work from his dishonesty....
