Allow agents to process billing changes so a process that should take only minutes turns in to two days of emails to get billing corrected.

i requested a endorsement quote this morning; was told they will email to me and it is almost end of the day and I have not received it. I called because i send a endorsement req 3 times and it was not processed, so the service is not so great....
