Fairly fast process, everything was done electronically, got a lower rate than originally anticipated,always received answers to my questions in a reasonable amount of time.

Everything was great until the last 4-6 weeks. I no longer could see the full list showing the steps in the process and what documents were uploaded. Also, communication stopped at that point. I would only get contacted after I reached out....

My name is Antwan Maxwell and I am from Louisville, Ky. I went to Western Kentucky University and I have been in the finance industry for over 10 years. I am a proud husband and father of two children ages 12 and 7 months. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I am a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Outside of spending time with my family and friends, I am also a volunteer youth football coach.
