We really appreciated the communication and responsiveness to questions. Our only complaint was the underwriting and final approval process. Specifically some of the back and forth confirmations of documents felt like it took a bit longer.
Anthony was fabulous, 10/10 across every category. However the underwriter and people we worked with to collect documents where not as good, did not explain the required items well, took 1-2 business days to reply to emails. The final steps...
