Communication was excellent, we never had to chase anyone for answers, in fact, the team was very pro-active and were always able to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had.
Constant communication from all staff and ease of document submission and signature requirements.
Experience was good throughout the process but Anthony and his team really shined after we had unexpected issues finishing the closing, where they were able to work with us on the rate lock. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.
Anthony was well-informed and very helpful throughout the process.
