If you had taken care of this agent when he tried to write his homeowners through Swyfft. Cancelled because of galvanized pipes. Inspected and found to be in excellent condition.

I have tried removing the lienhold on this customer 1 year after we wrote the policy. I tried doing through the website no luck, I contact CS they tell me to email it. Every year I still have to request to remove and it still has not been done....
