I had a few issues along the way, but, none of them had anything to do with the lender. Occasionally, the VA is a little difficult to get things taken care of in time. The loan process went well.

Our refinance took a long time. We had to submit the same items repeatedly. We had three different people handling our refinance.
Agents were helpful during a time of extreme stress.
