We worked with Anne twice for mortgages in the past 8 months. There is absolutely no one else we would work with. The whole team at Prosperity was prompt with responses and support.
The service from Anne and her staff was continually professional and responsive throughout the refinance process. Our decision to return to Prosperity and Anne was totally validated by the our success in reaching our financial goals.
We would have liked more communication. There was a hiccup with the master insurance policy on the condo building that held up closing. I don't know where the hold-up was, but it wasn't until I reached out to Anne that it was coherently explained...
