Mortgage Approval!
Communication was lacking the entire time, consultant represented the builder instead of us as the client, and settlement could have been completed in 10 minutes, but final closing costs were not sent prior and created confusion.
Anne is a God sent. Very articulate, clear and concise in her communication style
Last minute questions drove me crazy, mostly from the underwriter. I could have explained the answers weeks ahead of settlement instead of less than 10 days before settlement.

We experienced communication issues. We asked questions but did not receive answers. Phone meetings were set up but the meeting not kept.
