Ann Marie was awesome to work with! As first time home buyers we had no clue what we were doing and she answered every question we had along the way with quick responses and knowledgeable answers!

When we first started this process we wernt sure what to. Everyone said Ann-Marie was the best. It was very evident from the beginning that she works very hard for her clients. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with.

Ann is very knowledgeable on the lending side . She followed up well with my client often and got the purchase to the finish line . I would strongly recommend using Ann for your lending purposes

She makes sure the processes keep flowing, which includes making sure my clients get her the info she needs to keep the loan process moving forward, as well as making sure hiccups in the process don't cause major issues or anxiety for clients....
