She was very helpful when I would call and ask questions. She was patient with me since I had no idea what I was doing .
Terry was very helpful! She provided amazing support. The app was convenient to keep track of the process and when sending/receiving documents.
She was able to speak Spanish which made it easier to understand and able to work and get all our paper work faster.
