Angela was a go getter from the first time we talked on the phone. She was fabulous. She helped us figure away to make our payments affordable for us when no other mortgage company could or would even try.
The closing was delayed by the seller. We were told seller would be asked to pay for the increase in closing costs caused by the delay as the origination fees increased from the initial 3% to 3.26%. At the last moment, we were told sellers...

Final docs were not correct at closing, but moved forward with promise that things would be made right. They never were made right. We paid more than we should have.
