Difficulty with placing my house in a trust. Underwriting was extremely difficult to deal with and unreasonable.
Angel was a great support and kept me informed.
So, when I think of the overall experience it wasn't super with underwriters.

The communication and responses were so fast and kept us all up to date. I would refer them to all my veteran clients
The fast response and communication was one of the best I had ever seen in my 10 years of real estate. I was worried that because you weren't local that this would be "another one of those" transactions. It was awesome!
