After working as a loan officer for 12 years I created my own mortgage brokerage firm. Amistad Mortgage LLC is a company dedicated to affordability and reliability. To that end, I have assembled a team of lenders with a ferocious appetite for "clean, grade A" loans as well as loans that most "big box" companies won't even bother looking at twice. As with most things in business; presentation counts. I employ the help of a 20 year veteran processor as my assistant. She has superb communication skills and is meticulously detail oriented. Her job is to prepare and package your loan file efficently. Her 20 years of experience has given her the ability to prepare loan packages that routinely get approved with little or no conditions. I have made a concious decision to not take on more than 10 loans in any given month. Too many loans is great for the check book but customer service levels drop off drastically when we are spread out too thinly. When we take on your loan we will: 1) listen to your situation 2) provide you with solutions customized to your situation 3) keep you informed along the mortgage cycle from application through funding and beyond.
