Lani has Never asked me to borrow more money than I wanted to borrow, nor use that money to purchase points. As some lenders have. I feel comfortable doing future business with Lani and Caliber home loans.
I'm a previous client so Lani"s office contacted me when interest rates dropped. The re-fi was made easy for me using text messages, e-mail, and doc you sign. I feel very comfortable doing future business with Lani and her staff.
Provided two large loans requiring extensive information under adverse condition is COVID-19 pandemic and high demand as a result of low interest rates In a professional and helpful manner.
