Questions were answered, communications exceeded or were within expectations, no surprises.
Got us through a painful process with a minimum of pain.
Andy was very helpful and replied promptly and clearly to all of my questions!
Uploading documents wasn't effective; several instances of multiple uploads begin required as something in the process failed--occurred at least twice with multiple documents. People were all reasonable to work with--just process issues.
