    My experience with Andy was amazing. I know that during the process he was as frustrated as I was but it had nothing to do with NFM. The frustration came from the appraisal company. Jessica was the loan officer but I hardly heard from her....

    Andy was wonderful and very hands on. He was always available to answer questions. I feel like I was very informed how the process would work and received timely updates. Hands down the best experience I had obtaining a home loan

    Andy was extremely helpful and gave us prompt response. However our loan was transferred to another lender in one month after home purchase. I was not expecting that.
