Cheryl had incorrect paperwork in for the final closing which made our cousin stressful and took several hours longer than we wanted

Just a little bit much on the calls and communication for my taste. I appreciated having communication but I would get 2 calls and 3 texts a week with the same information. Home buying is already overwhelming as it is.
